Consider a motion authorizing additional legal fees for the Law Offices of Carolyn Elefant, LLC to continue to assist and represent the City in a rehearing of the the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s consideration and approval of the application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity filed by NEXUS Gas Transmission, LLC on November 20, 2015, and subsequent related matters, for an additional amount not to exceed $20,000.
